Woodland Villas is a garden pool villa estate in Bang Saray, south of Pattaya, developed by Sunplay Villa Development, part of Sunplay Asia.

The estate sits on a 175-rai (about 28-hectare) master-planned site within the wider Sunplay Pattaya-Bang Saray community, and is limited to just 23 villas.

Two villa types are available: a three-bedroom layout of about 300 sqm, and a larger four-bedroom, four-bathroom layout of about 350 sqm, each with a private pool and two covered carports.

Land plots range from roughly 150 to 500 square wah.

Residents can also use the wider estate's shared facilities, including a restaurant, a communal freshwater pool, a fitness centre and tennis courts.
